It&#039;s easier to give to the Jimmy fund because they&#039;re connected to the Red Sox already, while the Yankees focus on different groups with their charity aid (aka, inner city kids, not cancer cases). Plus, it&#039;s probably a good way to keep the goodwill, while getting some sweet P.R. on both sides, and stimulating the rivalry/ticket sales/TV/etc etc. I mean, it&#039;s a sweet publicity stunt for both teams. My only hope is that now that Ortiz is no longer connected to the incident he might get his fourth hit of the season......</description>
